Lewistown, PA : Pedestrian hit in crash on May, Sunday 7th 2017
Emergency vehicles are parked Sunday near the Lewistown Branch of the Mifflin County Library. According to scanner reports, a 10-year-old child was struck by a vehicle while riding a bike around 4:50 p.m. on Wayne Street, in Lewistown. The child was conscious when leaving the scene, but emergency responders called for a helicopter due to the child bleeding from the head. Police are still investigating the incident, and no other information was available as of press time Sunday night.
