Centre man dies of accident injuries in Birmingham Alabama

A Centre man died Tuesday from injuries he sustained in a traffic accident Sunday, according to the Alabama State Troopers.
Gary Hudgins, 56, died at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 1:10 a.m. Sunday on Cherokee County Road 22, 10 miles north of Centre.According to troopers, his vehicle left the roadway and overturned. The accident remains under investigation.
