Two face charges after a Benton, Mo. man died after he was struck by a golf cart in Bollinger County on Sunday.

Emmett B. Gage, 47, of Oran faces charges of felong driving while intoxicated resulting in death of another and careless and imprudent driving resulting in crash.

Shayn R. Mabury, 40, of Benton, Mo. faces charges of felony driving while intoxicated resulting in death of another and careless and imprudent driving resulting in crash.
