MINDEN, IA : A single car crash near Minden on Saturday, June 10, 2017

The Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Department has confirmed to WOWT 6 News that one man has died as a result of a single car crash near Minden, Iowa.Another man has been taken with critical injuries after a truck collided with a tree.

The victim has been identified but the name is unavailable to media until immediate family members have been notified.

The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. off of Tamarack Road and 335th Street.

The cause of this crash is still being investigated.
