NEW PARIS, in : 18-year-old Millersburg man crashes into tree on C.R. 142 west of C.R. 29 on Thursday, 10th September, 2020

An 18-year-old Millersburg man told rescuers he had no feeling from the waist down after crashing his car into a tree.

William Gibson was traveling east on C.R. 142 west of C.R. 29 about 4 p.m. Thursday, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office.
