JACKSONVILLE, FL : 2 children, 1 woman hurt in Jacksonville go-kart crash on Wednesday, 30th September, 2020

Two young girls and a woman were hurt Wednesday in a crash on Jacksonville’s Northside involving a go-kart and two cars, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

According to the Jacksonville Fire-Rescue Department, the crash happened Wednesday afternoon near where Sycamore Street meets Moncrief-Dinsmore Road.

An officer with the Sheriff’s Office said it appears the woman was thrown from the go kart. She and the two children were in the go-kart. All three were taken to a hospital for treatment.

The officer said it’s unclear who was at fault in the accident.
