Los Angeles CA : One man died after car crash in northeast fresno around 1 am friday on May 3 2014.

A man who died after a car crash in Northeast Fresno has been identified.

Authorities say Kyle Martinez, 21, of Fresno was driving on Bullard near Cedar around 1 a.m. on Friday, when he somehow lost control and slammed into a pole. Martinez was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he later died.

Investigators are looking into whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
