Middletown, DE : Three hurt in 2-vehicle crash in Middletown Monday on Route 301, August 18, 2014

Delaware State Police have charged a man with DUI after he and two others were hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Middletown. It happened about 10:15 p.m. Monday on Route 301. Troopers say 48-year-old Allen Belile of Wilmington was driving south when he tried to pass a vehicle and traveled into the northbound lanes. Police say Belile's car crashed head on into a vehicle driven by 42-year-old David Reyne of Newark. Belile, Reyne and a passenger in Belile's car were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. Troopers say they have obtained warrants charging Belile with 4th offense driving under the influence of alcohol, vehicular assault and other offenses.
