MIDLAND COUNTY, MI : 34-year-old woman dies after crash in Midland County on Wednesday, 10th April 2024

A 34-year-old woman died after police say a pickup truck turned in front of her Wednesday morning.

The Midland County Sheriff's Office says a 61-year-old man from Isabella County was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado east on Saginaw Road around 8:30 a.m., when he made a left turn onto Frank Street in Geneva Township.

Investigators say he turned into the path of the 34-year-old woman from Warren Township, who was driving a 2003 Buick Century west on Saginaw Road.

An ambulance rushed her to MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, where she was pronounced dead Wednesday. The pickup truck driver did not report any serious injuries from the crash.
