One dead after Minneapolis car accident Minneapolis

An Elk River woman is dead after an accident involving a motorcycle in Minneapolis on Saturday. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the accident occurred just before 1 p.m. at Highway 169 and 63rd Avenue.
