Jackson, MS : Person in critical condition after being hit by car on McDowell Road on Monday, February 6, 2017

Jackson Police are on the scene where a person has been hit by a car.

According to JPD Commander Tyree Jones, the person was hit on the corner of W. McDowell Road and Pinebrook Drive, just before 9:00 p.m.

The victim is in very critical condition and the driver of the car is still on the scene.
