WILMINGTON, NC : Moped driver crashes into tanker truck on Monday, 19th September 2016

A driver was taken to the hospital after crashing his moped into the back of a tanker truck Monday morning.
It happened shortly before 9 a.m. on S. Front Street in Wilmington.
Officials with the Wilmington Police Department said the man crashed after his moped tires hit the railroad tracks, which sent him sliding into the parked truck.
There's no word on the extent of his injuries.
