OKALOOSA COUNTY, FL : Crestview motorcyclist fatally crashes into utility pole on U.S. Highway 90 on Thursday, 27th July 2023

A motorcyclist from Crestview was killed after crashing into a utility pole in Okaloosa County Thursday afternoon.

Florida Highway Patrol says the crash took place on U.S. Highway 90 at the intersection of Old Bethel Road around 12:50 p.m.

According to troopers, the 75-year-old male motorcyclist was traveling westbound in the outside lane of U.S. Highway 90 when he attempted to make a right turn.

FHP says he traveled in a northwest direction across the intersection and hit a utility pole.
