A man was killed in a solo car crash in unincorporated eastern San Diego County on Friday night, the California Highway Patrol said Saturday. The CHP received a report of a vehicle that overturned on eastbound Interstate 8 near the McCain Valley Road exit in the community of Boulevard at 8:41 p.m. Friday, said CHP Officer Mary Bailey.
