Enid, OK : A Cleo Springs woman died in a crash on Saturday, August 5, 2017

A Cleo Springs woman died in a crash Saturday after failing to negotiate a curve in Major County, officials say.

Kelli June Sinnett, 41, was driving a Ford F150 westbound on U.S. 412 at an unknown time, less than half a mile west of County Road 239 and about 16 miles west of Orienta when the pickup crashed, Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said.

She failed to negotiate a curve in the road, traveling off the right side of the road, then over-correcting and going across the road into the south ditch, resulting in the truck rolling twice, OHP said.

Officials said she was not wearing a seatbelt.

Sinnett was ejected from the truck on the second roll and came to rest 40 feet away from the truck, OHP said. She was pronounced dead at the scene from head and trunk internal injuries and taken to Fairview Funeral Home.
