ST. LOUIS, MO : Four hospitalized following overnight two-vehicle crash near River City Casino on Friday, 12th April 2024

Four people were taken to the hospital Friday morning following a two-vehicle crash near the border between the city and St. Louis County.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. at River City Boulevard and South Broadway, right outside of the River City Casino. The driver of a red truck involved in the crash had to be cut from the vehicle, and the driver of a black sedan rammed into the casino’s sign, causing damages.

Police told First Alert 4 all four people involved received minor to moderate injuries.
