Canon, CO : Man killed in motorcycle crash on I-25 south of Trinidad on Sunday morning, August 7, 2016

A 53-year-old man died Sunday morning when the motorcycle he was driving south of Trinidad veered off Interstate 25 and crashed.

He was northbound and failed to navigate a right turn, Colorado State Patrol Trooper Tim Sutherland said. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, Sutherland said. "We're looking at excessive speed as a factor in this crash.”
