BUFFALO, NY : Pedestrian killed in overnight crash at East Utica metro station on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023

Buffalo police say 58-year-old Clara Gomez, who is also known in the community as Claire, was killed after a car crashed into the Buffalo Metro Rail station at Main and Utica Streets around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday.

The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced a man has been arraigned as the investigation into the fatal crash continues. 22-year-old Marlon D. Servance, Jr. of Buffalo was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and one count of first-degree reckless endangerment.
