Toledo, OH : A single-vehicle crash on April, Sunday 16th 2017

A Wauseon woman was pronounced dead early today at the scene of a single-vehicle crash on State Rte. 108, north of County Road T, Fulton County, officials said.

Nancy Pennington, 42, of Wauseon, sustained fatal injuries, according to the Toledo post of the State Highway Patrol.

Ms. Pennington was traveling south on State Rte. 108 at about 12:28 a.m. when her vehicle ran off the roadway, the patrol reported. Ms. Pennington overcorrected, came back onto the roadway and rolled the car.

Ms. Pennington, who was not wearing her seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, troopers said.

State Rte. 108 remained closed for approximately two hours as a result of the crash.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this crash, which remains under investigation.
