Medina, OH : Cambridge teen Anastasia Taylor killed in a one-vehicle crash on Acme Road in Medina County on Monday, June 27, 2016

A Cambridge teen was killed Monday morning when the Chevrolet Malibu that she was riding in was involved in a one-vehicle crash on Acme Road in Medina County.

Anastasia Taylor, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident just after 5:30 a.m.

Taylor was reportedly ejected from the vehicle when it went airborne after striking an embankment.

The driver, Douglas Peregoy, 19, Rittman, and a front-seat passenger, Elijay Miller, 20, Homersville, were transported to area hospitals with various, undisclosed injuries.

According to the Medina-Gazette online edition, Peregoy remained hospitalized at Akron General Hospital in "serious" condition as of Tuesday.
