Echols County, GA :GSP investigates fatal crash in Echols County on Tuesday, July, 14th 2015

Georgia State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Highway 129 in Echols County Tuesday afternoon.GSP says that Lavelle Wade of Quincy, Florida was driving a Toyota Camry south, when she crossed into the other lane.Wade struck Morris Singleton’s tractor trailer, according to GSP. Singleton's leg was injured in the crash.Wade was pronounced dead at the scene. She was wearing a seatbelt, but the shoulder strap was behind her back.A toxicology report is pending.GSP is still trying to determine what caused her to go into the other lane.
