Cleveland, OH : A 75-year-old man died in a head-on crash on Interstate 90 on Thursday, October, 25th 2017
A 75-year-old man died early Thursday in a head-on crash on Interstate 90 after veering into the on-coming lanes, police said.
The crash happened about 4 a.m. Thursday on I-90 east near the West 44th Street exit, police said.
William McNabb Sr. was driving westbound in his 2001 Chrysler when he veered into the eastbound lanes, according to police.
He hit a 43-year-old man's 2009 Mitsubishi head-on, according to police. McNabb was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 43-year-old man in the other car suffered a broken clavicle and right wrist, according to police. He was treated at MetroHealth.
Police are investigating what caused the man to drive into the on-coming lanes. Officials did not say if either driver was wearing a seatbelt.
