Maryvale, AZ : Woman accused of DUI in Maryvale hit-and-run on Sunday, 3rd September 2023

Lucila Garcia, 47, was arrested in connection to a hit-and-run crash in west Phoenix that left a 25-year-old man dead. Police say Garcia drove off after the collision but was later found and arrested. She is accused of DUI and leaving the scene of a fatal collision.
