Oil City, PA : Teen hurt in Oakland Township crash on Thursday, 29th March 2018

A 17-year-old girl was injured in a crash at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday in Oakland Township.

Franklin state police said the girl, who wasn't identified, was traveling south on Route 428 when the vehicle left the right side of the roadway and struck a guide rail, causing it to become airborne.
