West Chazy, NY : 57-year-old man dead in a all-train vehicle crash on Thursday August 14th 2014

Police say a man was killed in an ATV crash in West Chazy Thursday. Rescuers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash near the Rafferty Quarry.
