Nashville, TN : Six people injured in head-on collision near downtown Nashville on Wednesday, July 20, 2016

A head-on collision near downtown Nashville sent six people to the hospital.

Police say a man suspected of DUI drove the wrong way on an on-ramp for Interstate 40 near 2nd Avenue.

The driver allegedly hit another vehicle head-on around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday.

A man, a woman and two children were inside the other car.

All four people inside that car, along with the driver accused of hitting them and a female passenger in his car, are in the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
