TEXARKANA, AR : Portion of I-30 closed from crash involving 3 tractor-trailers on Friday, 4th May 2018

A portion of Interstate 30 is shut down due to a crash involving three 18-wheelers.

Arkansas State Police say I-30 eastbound between Texarkana and Fulton, AR, is closed.

Police say three big rigs overturned on the interstate causing the closure.

Five people are involved in the wreck; two of them are injured, according to police. It is unclear how serious their injuries are at this time.

One of the drivers of the tractor-trailer said it was very windy at the time of the crash.

There are several reports of downed trees along Highway 67.
