MARTINSBURG, WV : Tractor-trailer crash closes northbound I-81 in Martinsburg on Tuesday, 11th February, 2020

All northbound lanes of Interstate 81 just north of exit 13 for Martinsburg were reopened shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday after a crash closed the northbound interstate for several hours.
A tractor-trailer ended up on its side in a 1:30 p.m. crash north of the exit for West King Street and Tuscarora Pike, a Berkeley County 911 supervisor said.
The lanes were closed while police responded to the scene.
