BAY COUNTY, FL : Florida woman dies after crash with motor home in Bay County on Tuesday, 10th December, 2019

A Florida woman was killed after the vehicle she was riding in crashed into an unoccupied motor home in Bay County on Tuesday.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol press release, Angelina Dettman, 46 of Apopka, was killed at approximately 6 p.m. on County Road 2301, south of the intersection of Commander Lane, while riding in a red, 2001 Ford F-150. The driver, Rodney Lee Odom, 56, of Youngstown, suffered minor injuries.

The release states that the F-150 was traveling southbound on County Road 2301 in an erratic manner at the time of the crash. The vehicle ran into the west paved shoulder and collided with an unoccupied, disabled motor home.

Odom was taken to Bay Medical Sacred Heart for treatment of his injuries.

The incident is still under investigation.
