REDDING, CA : Crash in Redding leaves bicyclist in critical condition on Tuesday, 1st October 2024

A bicyclist is in critical condition following a crash in the area of Hartnell and Cypress Avenue.

Police said they responded to the crash around noon. After investigating, police said 41-year-old Justin Palomino was riding his bike westbound through stopped traffic on Hartnell Avenue.

44-year-old Kao Saechao was driving southbound on Hartnell Avenue after he made a right turn from eastbound Cypress Avenue, police said.
