GRADY COUNTY, OK : 17-year-old killed in two-vehicle crash on US 81 at County Street 1320, two miles north of Chickasha on Sunday, 28th April 2019

Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 17-year-old boy Sunday night in Grady County.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, crews responded to the crash involving a van and a pickup truck at about 7:45 p.m. on US 81 at County Street 1320, two miles north of Chickasha.A 17-year-old boy of Minco, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released the boy’s identity.

Two others were taken to a hospital to be treated. They have been released.

Authorities are looking into a cause of the crash.
