Lebanon, TN : School bus involved in wreck on April, Thursday 6th 2017

A Wilson County school bus was involved in a wreck Thursday afternoon and officials said no students were on board at the time of the wreck. The wreck occurred on the 3500 block of Hartsville Pike around before 2 p.m.

Jennifer Johnson, Wilson County Schools spokesperson, said school officials were at the site of the wreck. Transportation director Jerry Partlow said an 18-wheeler truck knocked mirrors off the bus, but reiterated no children were on board.

More information will be available following a Tennessee Highway Patrol investigation.
