Milford, CT : 24-year-old man dead after car weekend crash in Milford on Sunday March 6 2016

Authorities say a 24-year-old man is dead after he was hit by a car over the weekend in Milford.
Firefighters responded to Bridgeport Avenue at around 2 a.m. Sunday for a report of a pedestrian struck in the Berwyn Street area.
Authorities say the man was hit as he tried to cross the street with a friend. He was taken to Bridgeport Hospital where he later died.
His identity has not been released. It's not clear if the driver is facing charges in the crash.
