Baltimore, MD : One person dead and dozen others injured after a major car crash on Friday October 16 2015

One person is dead and at least a dozen others were injured after a major car wreck on the Hanover Street Bridge in Baltimore.Police say emergency crews responded to the bridge at about 9 p.m. on Friday and discovered 13 people, including six children, with injuries ranging from non-life threatening to serious after a church van collided with an SUV.
Cpt. Roman Clark, a spokesman for the Baltimore City Fire Department, confirmed that one person has been pronounced dead since the wreck, and that more than a dozen others were taken to the hospital.
