INDIANAPOLIS, IN : Crash on I-465 leaves one dead on Thursday, 31st October 2024

Police are investigating a crash that left one person dead on I-465 on Thursday.

According to INDOT, the crash occurred near the 11.5 mile marker between W. Minnesota St. and W. Washington St.

INDOT said three right lanes are closed in the northbound direction of travel and to look out for a vehicle fire.

Indiana State Police confirmed that one person died.

An investigation is ongoing.
