HOLYOKE, MA : Man killed, 1 hurt in Holyoke 2-car crash near 1045 Main Street on Saturday, 7th September 2019

One man was killed and a second person was injured in a two-car crash Saturday night.

The collision occurred at about 10 p.m. near 1045 Main St., close to the William J. Dean Technical High School, said Holyoke Police Sgt. Philip McKay.

The other driver was hospitalized with injuries sustained in the crash. McKay said he did not know how seriously the person was injured.

The name of the driver who was killed is not being released until his family can be notified, he said.
