STATESVILLE, NC : Man identified in fatal Statesville crash on April, Saturday 8th 2017

One person died in a serious crash in Statesville Saturday morning.
According to the Statesville Police Department, the single-vehicle crash happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 3300 block of East Broad Street near Camelot Drive.
Police have identified the victim as 42-year-old Timothy Michael Smith.
Officers have not said if speed or alcohol were factors in this wreck.
