Two people were transported to the hospital following a three-car accident in Batavia on Thursday afternoon.
A vehicle made a left hand turn off Seven Springs Road in front of a car traveling west on Route 5, pushing the car into a third vehicle traveling east.
Two were transported to the hospital for minor injuries — one to Strong Memorial Hospital and another to United Memorial Medical Center.
The accident is still under investigation and charges are pending.
The Genesee County Sheriff was assisted by the Town of Batavia Fire Department and Mercy medics.
