Springdale, AR : Two people killed in a wreck on Sunset Avenue near Johnson Road on Wednesday, May 11, 2016

Police say three vehicles were involved in the deadly accident on Sunset Avenue near Johnson Road Wednesday evening, resulting in two fatalities.

Both fatalities were from one vehicle: 40-year old Thomas "Taylor" Hudson of Springdale and a 12-year-old girl. Police say family has been notified.

One person in the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. The person in the third vehicle was not injured.

Eastbound lanes on Sunset were reopened after a few hours.
