Mount Pleasant, MI : 19-year-old brother Darryl died in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday October 31 2015

Police are seeking help from the public in identifying a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a Central Michigan University freshman near the school's Mount Pleasant campus.
The school says in a statement the student hit early Sunday was a resident of Merrill Hall. Police identify him as 17-year-old Ryan Tsatsos the Detroit-area community of Macomb Township.
The Morning Sun of Mount Pleasant and WOOD-TV report that he was walking to his residence hall with friends when he was hit. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say witnesses describe the vehicle as older and dark in color with four doors.
The Macomb Daily of Mount Clemens reports his 19-year-old brother, Darryl, died in a crash in July after being pursued by Macomb County sheriff's deputies in Macomb Township
