Waynesboro, PA : Greencastle woman dies in crash on Pleasant Grove Road early Sunday morning, January 22, 2017

A Greencastle woman died in a car crash early Sunday morning after reportedly being ejected from the vehicle.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Angela Funt, 41, was driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta southbound on Pleasant Grove Road.

Police said that she failed to turn left and drove off the shoulder of the road. The vehicle struck an embankment and rolled over onto its roof, causing Funt to be ejected, according to police.

There were no other passengers in the vehicle.

Funt was declared dead at 3:45 a.m.
