LOGAN, WV : Man arrested in connection with fatal DUI crash on Tuesday, 26th December 2023

A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal DUI crash in Logan County.

According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, Eddie Bailey, 71, from Mount Gay, has been charged with DUI causing death.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court, deputies say the crash happened near Holden Road just before 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Deputies said the victim, David Trammell, of Peach Creek, had been ejected from his vehicle.
