Greenwood, DE : Man injured in motorcycle crash Sunday on July 6, 2014

Delaware State Police say a man has died of his injuries after a motorcycle crash in Greenwood.

State police said Thursday that 67-year-old John M. Hodgson of Millsboro died of injuries he received in a crash Sunday. Police say the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on Sussex Highway just south of Cart Branch Road.

Police say Hodgson was driving his motorcycle when he struck a Ford truck. Hodgson, who was not wearing a helmet, lost control of the motorcycle. The passengers in the truck were uninjured.

Police say Hodgson died at a hospital Monday.
