Abilene, TX : Loraine man dies in Nolan County crash early Sunday morning, February 5, 2017

A 38-year-old Loraine man was killed in a one-vehicle accident early Sunday morning on Interstate 20.

The Texas Department of Public Safety identified the man as Anthony Antonio Aguilar of Loraine. He was the driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe heading west on I-20 about 2:15 a.m. Sunday, when he apparently lost control of the vehicle about 6 miles west of Roscoe.

The Tahoe veered off the north side of the roadway, began to spin and went into a side skid, rolling over to its left, the DPS reported.

Aguilar, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the SUV.

A passenger, Mary Ann Limones, 37, of Loraine, was wearing a seat belt. She was treated and released from the Rolling Plans Memorial Hospital in Sweetwater.
