Roseburg, OR : Vancouver man dies in rollover crash south of Roseburg on Wednesday, October 12, 2016

A Vancouver man died Wednesday in a car crash south of Roseburg, the Oregon State Police said.

Emergency crews responded to a single-car rollover crash about 2:15 a.m. on northbound Interstate 5. Troopers learned a 2000 Mercedes SUV drifted onto the shoulder before rolling several times, according to a news release.

Edgar Rangle Rivera, 36, was ejected from the vehicle driven by Veronica Guillem Perez, 34, of Vancouver, police said. Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene. Perez and two child passengers were rushed to a hospital but are expected to survive.
