Ozark, AL : Motorcyclist killed in collision with vehicle on Alabama 27 in Dale County on Thursday morning, March 17, 2016

An Ozark man died on Thursday morning when the Harley Davidson motorcycle he was driving collided with a vehicle on Alabama 27.

Adam Roger Starmer, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Alabama state troopers.

The crash occurred at around 6:40 a.m. on Alabama 27 at the intersection of Perimeter Road, four miles north of Ozark.

Starmer was operating a 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle. The other motorist was driving a 2011 Chevrolet.

Troopers continue to investigate.
