A Manchester police officer charged in connection with a hit-and-run has been indicted.
A grand jury charged Steven Cornacchia with conduct after an accident.
Police said he was off-duty when he hit a 22-year-old woman with his car near the intersection of Elm and West Merrimack streets in Manchester back in May.
Cornacchia has been suspended without pay.
