Canton, GA : Canton pedestrian killed in car accident near 217 Riverstone Parkway on Wednesday, 20th November, 2019

A Canton man was killed after he was struck by an automobile while crossing the street Wednesday night.

According to the Canton Police Department:

Canton Police and Cherokee County Fire personnel responded to the incident near 217 Riverstone Parkway around 7:45 p.m. Responders located a 52-year-old man from Canton. The man was struck by an SUV as he attempted to cross the street, and died from his injuries on the scene.
