Oil City, PA : A Kennerdell woman was cited in a single-vehicle crash on Tuesday, August 8, 2017

A Kennerdell woman was cited in a single-vehicle crash at about 7:10 a.m. Tuesday on Route 308 in Irwin Township.

Franklin state police said Becky L. Townsend, 29, was driving a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser west on Route 308 east of Route 8 when she swerved to avoid a collision with a deer, causing her to lose control of the vehicle.
