Sharp County, AR : Billie Jo Horn, 43, killed, 4 injured in head-on crash on U.S. 167 on Thursday, March 24, 2016

An Arkansas woman was killed following a crash in Sharp County.

The crash happened north of Cave City on U.S. 167 on Thursday at 4 p.m.

An Arkansas State Police crash report indicates Billie Jo Horn, 43, of Horseshoe Bend died in the crash.

Police state Horn was driving a Chevrolet Impala north on 167 when the car crossed the center line and hit a Dodge Durango head on.

Virginia Weathers, 59, of Thayer, MO was driving the Dodge and had two boys and a girl in the SUV at the time of the crash, according to ASP.

All four were injured and taken to either a Batesville hospital or the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

The conditions of those injured is unknown.
